Snow Day!

We have had the most beautiful winter. It's been warm, sunny, and so enjoyable - until yesterday.

I sent a picture via camera phone to my friend Melissa in Utah. She's been grumbling about their constant cold weather and snow. I thought it might cheer her up a bit. It did. ;)





The kids loved it and had a great time playing in the snow.

I, however, felt like I was visiting another state. Yesterday is was beautiful and like 65 degrees. It's been so warm I've been considering short sleeved Easter shirts for my boys. This was so out of the blue and strange to me.

I think it's great that you guys are getting snow, and we in Utah are actually enjoying a balmy 50 degrees today! I even broke out my capris! Have fun in the snow.

♥ The last couple of days it's been beautiful here! I'm just waiting for the snow to come back... It usually does one last time before spring is really here! It is beautiful though.

Craft Closet Make Over

I've finally done it. After 2 years of living in this house, I've finally finished organizing the last closet in my home. This is the guest room closet that doubles as my "craft" closet. You could barely consider it a walk-in closet, but with 2 new shelves my man built for me over the weekend, it's got just enough space for what I need. Closet Before Closet Before - complete chaos ! After - view from hall (I used a different camera because mine is still broken. It was so hard to get these pics the space is so small. I hope you can get the idea.) Small shelf with hanging space for guests clothes - just above the door that goes to the attic. I spray painted 2 of these tins pink and glued flowers onto the other 3. Top Shelf Middle, 2 new shelves that Jason made and I painted white. I added these "curtains" to cover the other white bins and to make the space less messy. 1 Year Blogiversary

I can't believe it, as of Tuesday, I have been blogging for one year! On the outside not much has changed: I have 3 boys, live in the same house, my man has the same job, and I still go to Mavens, book club, and dinner club with the same fab friends.
