Let's Do Lunch!

Hey Ladies, I'm on my way to Utah this weekend! Yeah! My sister, Lisa, and I are flying up this Thursday evening and will only be there for the weekend.

I'm coming up to see my very good friend, Melissa, who after having 3 boys had a girl! Yeah! I can't wait to see the little princess. (This is the 3 of us in NYC when I was pregnant with Drake.)

If you'd like to meet for lunch this Saturday in Salt Lake, leave a comment and let me know. I'd love to meet you in person!!

Just so you won't be disappointed when you see me, you should know that I'm short 5' 3" and I don't have a Texas accent. ;)

I totally wish I lived in Utah!!! And I never would have guessed that you and I are the same height!! I guess I always thought you were taller! Have a great trip and enjoy lunch!

Totally not fair, I would meet you! I am going to Boston for a girls weekend, and I never go out of town for those. So I won't be here. Have fun anyway... Wish I was going to be around!

Hey- I'm 5' 3" too! I'm sad I wont be in Utah this weekend. We live in Idaho right now, but all of my husband's fam lives in Salt Lake so we go there all the time. He's going to California for a school trip through this weekend. Let me know next time you go and I will be there!

I put out a post on my blog to invite poeple. I hope that's okay. Does 1:30 work okay for you? That's the only time Heather can do it. Is there anywhere in particular you'd like to eat? What area? This is going to be a good time!!

Like most people, I would love to do lunch but will be living soccer/dance/Primary party craziness. Lunch for me will be Wendy's in the car between driving my kids around all afternoon. I too am 5'3" (early in the morning.).

Craft Closet Make Over

I've finally done it. After 2 years of living in this house, I've finally finished organizing the last closet in my home. This is the guest room closet that doubles as my "craft" closet. You could barely consider it a walk-in closet, but with 2 new shelves my man built for me over the weekend, it's got just enough space for what I need. Closet Before Closet Before - complete chaos ! After - view from hall (I used a different camera because mine is still broken. It was so hard to get these pics the space is so small. I hope you can get the idea.) Small shelf with hanging space for guests clothes - just above the door that goes to the attic. I spray painted 2 of these tins pink and glued flowers onto the other 3. Top Shelf Middle, 2 new shelves that Jason made and I painted white. I added these "curtains" to cover the other white bins and to make the space less messy. 1 Year Blogiversary

I can't believe it, as of Tuesday, I have been blogging for one year! On the outside not much has changed: I have 3 boys, live in the same house, my man has the same job, and I still go to Mavens, book club, and dinner club with the same fab friends.
