Oops!... He Did It Again

Oh yes he did! My dad got married this month to Peggy. The third time's the charm with sweet Peggy. He's not only in love with her, but her boys, and her power tools. Sounds like a good match to me.



Come on, you know I couldn't let this event pass without poking fun at him a bit! {{bwaaah}}

Best wishes and happiness to them both.

My, how things change. It just seems like yesturday you were living in Katy pregnant with Dylan.

I know! It is so crazy to me to think about how things have changed and turned out. Who knew?

I think my mom is getting remarried in June. That will be REALLY weird.

I'm just soooooooo grateful that Jason and I are tight. I worried for years that we would end up like our parents. However, once we hit our 10 year mark, I realized that we were nothing like any of them and were really happy together. {{knock on wood, crossing fingers, grabbing a rabbits foot}} He's my favorite person on the planet and completely gets me. I wish that for everyone.

Craft Closet Make Over

I've finally done it. After 2 years of living in this house, I've finally finished organizing the last closet in my home. This is the guest room closet that doubles as my "craft" closet. You could barely consider it a walk-in closet, but with 2 new shelves my man built for me over the weekend, it's got just enough space for what I need. Closet Before Closet Before - complete chaos ! After - view from hall (I used a different camera because mine is still broken. It was so hard to get these pics the space is so small. I hope you can get the idea.) Small shelf with hanging space for guests clothes - just above the door that goes to the attic. I spray painted 2 of these tins pink and glued flowers onto the other 3. Top Shelf Middle, 2 new shelves that Jason made and I painted white. I added these "curtains" to cover the other white bins and to make the space less messy. 1 Year Blogiversary

I can't believe it, as of Tuesday, I have been blogging for one year! On the outside not much has changed: I have 3 boys, live in the same house, my man has the same job, and I still go to Mavens, book club, and dinner club with the same fab friends. But in reality a lot has changed: * Davis has braces * Davis is now medicated * Dylan has been diagnosed with ADHD and is now medicated {{a hit to my ego}} * Finished Mommy & Me gymnastics with Drake * Drake is talking a little * Drake is in a big boy bed - although still not sleeping through the night * Jason's going to school to get his MBA * Executive Homemaker which took over a year to design and 5 years as a concept is 15 months old and has 2,333 members and growing at a rate of 300+ new members every month. * Executive Homemaker's online store has grown from three to 26 Mom- prenuers ! * Tip Junkie is 11 months old * My house is a little prettier and more organized * My Dad is divorced * My brother Scott came home...
