Drake Has a Crush on Daddy!

This was Drake's reaction when he found out Jason was going to be his substitute teacher at church.  He immediately grabbed Jason's face and gave him Eskimo kisses by rubbing noses.  It was darling and such an endearing expression of pure love.  I quickly grabbed my camera phone and captured this special moment between the two of them.

Drake has had a crush on his Daddy since birth.  I'll tell Drake that I love him and he always responds, "I love Daddy."  Which is my queue to reply, "I do to!"

Craft Closet Make Over

I've finally done it. After 2 years of living in this house, I've finally finished organizing the last closet in my home. This is the guest room closet that doubles as my "craft" closet. You could barely consider it a walk-in closet, but with 2 new shelves my man built for me over the weekend, it's got just enough space for what I need. Closet Before Closet Before - complete chaos ! After - view from hall (I used a different camera because mine is still broken. It was so hard to get these pics the space is so small. I hope you can get the idea.) Small shelf with hanging space for guests clothes - just above the door that goes to the attic. I spray painted 2 of these tins pink and glued flowers onto the other 3. Top Shelf Middle, 2 new shelves that Jason made and I painted white. I added these "curtains" to cover the other white bins and to make the space less messy. 1 Year Blogiversary

I can't believe it, as of Tuesday, I have been blogging for one year! On the outside not much has changed: I have 3 boys, live in the same house, my man has the same job, and I still go to Mavens, book club, and dinner club with the same fab friends.
